212: Bird Nerd

Lark released the cutest set ever for Geeks'n'Nerds. I love its vintage look and pretty textures. Floorplan's Eiffel Tower marquee goes nicely with the set and also the "Winter is coming" blocks because I'm a Game of Thrones fan ^_^ (Try to ignore the lines on the floor around the desk - I have no idea why that's there, it wasn't like that in world <_<)

I want to mention this skybox too even though you can't see much of it, its the cutest thing. It comes with a HUD to change the floor and walls. The textures are absolutely gorgeous - I love that they have a worn, kind of dirty look to them. You can find it here.

In real life, my hair is a dark auburn. In SL I'm almost always blonde but I've felt like going brunette lately. I wish my RL hair color was the "Girl Next Door" shade from Clawtooth - its my favorite brown in all of SL! Nu'ville Horrors is one of the most creative and fun ideas I've come across in SL. I sat here with my 4 year old daughter for the bus ride and trick or treating and we both loved it! I would definitely like to see more things like this in Second Life. You can find some of the pics I snapped along the way in my Flickr set. The spooky accessories and pets I'm wearing are the treats you can find at Nu'Ville. The picture below is the HUD that marks off the treats as you find them. I found them all!

199: Mind if I Slytherin?

I'm sure you've seen it everywhere already but I don't think I've ever blogged the Fateplay Jenny uniforms. They're amazing! Fateplay also released another robe, a scarf, and a free hat at the Wizarding Faire. I'm seriously kicking myself for not wearing the hat in one of these pics because its cute xD

I've already blogged it but I'm really super in love with Birdy's Izzy skin. Even more exciting because I go by Izzy as well. Birdy has most definitely become one of my favorite skin brands.

Anyway, this will probably be my last HP inspired post for a little while unless until someone makes some more awesomeness.

I've been waiting for this house to be released since I saw pictures of it on Flickr - and I LOVE it! The whole Toronto set from Bazar is just awesome, definitely some of my favorite things.

Everything in the pictures are from Bazar Toronto sets but the blinds are from Lisp Bazaar and the Autumn chalkboard is from Scarlet Apple's past release for Collabor88.
