Summer Girls

*BOOM* has released some great bikinis and there are a lot of different colors/patterns to choose from. You can get them in sets or separates so you can mix and match. In all there are 256 mix and match separates! Each bikini comes with back ties, hip ties, and tan lines. Here are only a few of my favorites. From left to right they are:

This is the new skin, Twiggy, from My UglyDorothy and I was amazed when I saw the makeups on this skin! They are really really pretty. You can pick from 3 tones and each tone comes with a base skin, 8 makeups, and a teeth version of each. There are also 2 extra eyebrow colors on tattoo layers. The tone I'm wearing here is "Saddle".



I'm also wearing the new Sanura Nightie from Sn@tch. I love the pastel colors and soft textures on this.. I would love to see this in their darker colors too ;D

Another hair from Hair Fair as well. Tons of color options on the HUD. You can choose from dark, light, or white tips, streaks, or all over color.

Owl Always Love You

Wowww, this has been sitting on my flickr page for days waiting to be blogged but I've had some technical difficulties with my blog lately. All is well now and I am so relieved! I was getting really anxious not being able to blog anything xD

Summer Peach

Summer Peach? (o.O) Yeah, I don't know... I've been thinking of hopping on the Look ### bandwagon because I am absolutely terrible at coming up with names for my posts. It would be so much easier to call this Look #201 or whatever, but I don't know, is that lazy or ok? /confused/ I don't usually have a theme for my posts like some other bloggers. I put together outfits that I just like, that I would probably wear myself in real life and I just can't name them sometimes! Well, you're probably not offended as much as I am by my cheesy titles.. hopefully not anyway ;)

I am wearing a super cute hairstyle from Ohmai available at the Hair Fair until July 29. It is adorable and looks awesome with my nerdy glasses! The Mix pack colors are really pretty and unique and the textures are very nicely done. Its not mesh but I don't mind at all when it comes to shorter hairstyles. I know a lot of people are shopping mesh only at Hair Fair, but I promise this is worth checking out!

And more add ons for bare feet at Slink! I'm not sure if these are new or if I'm just late seeing them but either way YAY! These are my favorite feet and so far I adore all the add on shoes for them. Keep them coming, please Siddean ♥.

Whew, SO many events! (I'm not complaining though!) I'm just getting hair at Hair Fair a little at a time and this one is Ichigo from Wasabi Pills. I loved it right away. It looks really super cute with a retro outfit too. Wasabi Pills can be found on the Water sim at Hair Fair until July 29.

Its also time to grab your My Second Box goodies! I'm wearing Cracked Mirror's contribution to this month's round, a mesh Sequin Crop top. I love the fit and neckline. Expecto

You don't even know just how excited I am about this sim. I'm not even into RP but I definitely want to apply to be a part of Mischief Managed. If you haven't already been to Expecto, you need to go check it out! Its open to the public until July 13. After it officially opens, only parts of the sim will be accessible to the public and everything else will be for group members only. You can find out more about Mischief Manged on their website. I've already been to visit the sim 3 times and this last time I took a few pics and decided to put together a slideshow to some HP music lol. Natural

I've been so looking forward to the 8th and its here with tons of new things at Collabor88! I'm wearing the super pretty skirt and top by Tres Blah. The top fits perfectly on top of the skirt for a tucked in look. (I think there is a pair of shorts that go with the tops too nope, my mistake) The skin is also available at C88 and its by Glam Affair. Its absolutely beautiful. The face is so soft and pretty and I love the nude lips and eye makeups.

Glow Studio also has some new releases available and my favorite has to be these pearl studs. They come in light or dark and you can change the metal and pearl colors. I have mine as Sea Green for this pic.

Just wanted to throw out some Curio love today and show my support for Gala Phoenix, so I'm wearing the Candy skin in "Sugar Town 2".

I actually had a few lindens to spare so I hopped on over to Fameshed and grabbed these awesome, aweseme *BOOM* pants and super sexy Exile hair. These are my favorite kinds of pants to wear in RL so I HAD to get them.

Points at shoes. These are from an all mesh store that opened recently, Fanatik. I love the bright glossy textures and super high heels on them.

I guess it would have made more sense to do a patriotic post today, but this was actually meant for yesterday. I had some issues with Photoshop AND Second Life. Shadows, lines, all that fun stuff. What's Your Digits?

This is in reply to Berry's latest What's Your Digits post. So first I will answer the questions she asked the readers..

1. How has the introduction of mesh affected your SL, if at all? Are you open to wearing mesh often or do you still shy away from it? I love mesh. I like the way it moves with your body and I especially like not having to move prims around to line things up. That being said, I still love texture clothes as well because its very hard to layer mesh. I really think it made my SL more enjoyable because the objects are more detailed and seamless.

2. Have you changed your shape to fit into mesh? If so, did you go bigger or smaller? Yes, I completely changed my shape, top to bottom, but not just because of mesh. I was ready for a new look. Before my current shape, my avatar was more voluptuous and now I am pretty tiny.

3. Do you think the mesh deformer will resolve a lot of the issues people seem to have with mesh and will it encourage you to wear mesh more often, if you don’t already? I have a feeling its not going to solve very much. IF it did allow for breast and butt, I think a lot of people who hate mesh will come around :) But I'm already sold on it, so any improvements are super welcome.

This shape is actually pretty new to me. I decided to give myself a complete makeover and this was already after mesh and standard sizing came out, so I have no issue with Standard Sizing at all. I am almost exactly an XS and usually don't have to make any adjustments. I don't mind adjusting my shape for clothes unless I'm just being lazy that day because by wearing mesh you're already changing the actual appearance of your shape even if you don't touch your numbers. The only thing I don't want to do is change the shape of my face. I haven't had to do that until Lelutka's Cheryl hair. I bought it anyway because I like it so much and thankfully with the new alpha layer, I didn't have to change my head shape at all.
